Our annual meeting kicks off at 1:00pm at Live! Casino & Hotel.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH
During our main conference day we will host over 30 unique & scientific lectures from leading cardiovascular perfusionists, cardiac surgeons and perfusion students with more than 15 vendors in our exhibit hall.

Presentation of a $2500 Student Scholarship
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH
Meeting concludes at 11:30am with FREE transportation and tickets (registration required) for the Philadelphia Union vs. New England Revolution MLS match at 2:30pm for conference attendees to mingle!

A block of rooms has been secured at the Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia for our conference.
The promotional rate is $195.00/night + tax.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not wait until last minute to book your accommodations, it is first come first served. The hotel block will end when all the rooms are sold out or on August 11th, whichever comes first. We cannot add more rooms to the block.PARKING
